10G DWDM SFP+ include DWDM SFP+ E and DWDM SFP+ ZR, they are designed for 10G Ethernet and 2G/4G/8G/10G Fiber Channel applications. The DWDM SFP+ transceivers consist of two sections: transmitter section incorporates a colded EML laser while the receiver section consists of a APD photodiode integrated with a TIA. All DWDM SFP+ satisfy class I laser safety requirements and they are made with default Digital diagnostics functions. DWDM SFP+ are for ITU Grid 17 to 61, working distance is typical 40km and 80km. All these DWDM SFP+ are made to work with single mode optical fibers, compliant to SFF-8431, SFF-8432 and IEE802.3ae.

DWDM SFP-10G-40km-Dxx is a very compact 10Gb/s optical transceiver module for serial optical communication applications at 10Gb/s.
DWDM 10G SFP 80km
The DWDM SFP-10G-80km-Dxx converts a 10Gb/s serial electrical data stream to 10Gb/s optical output signal and a 10Gb/s optical input signal to 10Gb/s serial electrical data streams.
DWDM 10G SFP 100km
The DWDM-SFP-10G-100km complies with SFF-8431, SFF-8432 and IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-ZR. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface.
